This document will help you with using the ordering website and ordering prints and frames. If you have any further questions, please email davinaz@davinaz.com

Accessing your images:
You can view your images by cliking on "Client Login" on www.davinaz.com. You have received a username and password with the email that the Project has been uploaded.
Images will be available online until the date that have been sent to you in the email.

Viewing your images
In your private gallery you will able to view your images as your thumbnails. Once you click on them they will enlarge. Underneath a large image you will have all prices and size options for you to choose from. For any images you decide to purchase, we advise you to write down the images numbers you would like in the event there is an error while you are trying to finalize your orders.

Lightbox:
The lightbox will allow you to narrow down your images for final selection.You can add your favorites pictures to the lightbox just by clicking the icon "lightbox". The lightbox will then store the images and you can make your final selection from the lightbox. Once in the lightbox you can also do a slideshow.

Create your own account:
You will be prompted to create an account once you decide on the prints/frames to purchase. After you create your account, please use the password and username you have created for all future orders.

Share with friends & family:
To share an image with friends and family simply click the "envelope" icon.

Your images:
Before you upload your images, we edit them and make sure you receive only high quality images. The images that are uploaded are not retouched, cleaned or color corrected. The images will be retouched and cleaned after you place order.

Digital images:
Digital images are available for purchase with a $300 minimum order of prints. The files may be chosen from among your prints. You will receive high resolution image (300dpi) that has been color corrected and retouched. It will be sent to you via email. The price for each digital image is $50. Please contact Davina Zagury directly to purchase the digital image after you have placed your order for prints. Images can be purchased as long as they are available online.

Payment:
The site accepts payments through Paypal only. You do not have to be a member with Paypal. If you wish not to pay through Paypal, please email davinaz@davinaz.com your total order and all information required and I will reply with the address to send payment. Please make sure to receive confirmation from Paypal that you payment was completed. If you don't receive it we probably didn't receive your order.

Shipping:
We use United States Postal Services for shipping your orders. It is always best to give a shipping address where you will know someone will be there to receive it. Orders that will be unclaimed will be charged an additional cost of shipping. Shipping & handling charges are based on total price purchased.
